| Welcome to the Stratford Harbour Property Owners' Association Web Site! The SHPOA Newsletter is now online! Beginning with the January 2013 Edition, we will be posting the Newsletter right here on the web site, days before you can get it in the mail! In an effort to save the Association money on printing and mailing costs, we're encouraging everyone who has High Speed Internet access to opt out of receiving the paper version. We'll post the electronic version of the Newsletter as soon as the final version comes back from the printer, so you'll be able to see it - and even print it, if you desire - several days before you would receive a paper copy in the mail. Please consider switching to the electronic version, and help SHPOA save money! To access the Newsletter, go to the Association tab, and then the Newsletter tab, and select the Issue you'd like to see. If you'd like to opt out of receiving a paper copy of the Newsletter, please send an E-mail to Fran Taylor at manager@shpoava.org, and ask her to remove you from the Newsletter mailing list. If you have questions or suggestions for the site, please don't hesitate to contact us using the "Contact Site Administrator" link at the bottom of the page. We'll do our best to point you in the right direction or incorporate your suggestions into the site. If you're a member of the Association and would like access to the restricted areas of the web site, you'll need to sign up for a new account here. We'll do our best to authenticate your account quickly so that you'll have access to the members only sections, but understand also that much of the site is available to non-members. Please feel free to browse around, and again, if you need help finding something please let us know! |

| Stratford Harbour maintains a number of amenities that help to make it the premier community in the Northern Neck of Virginia, including a clubhouse, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a pavilion, and a playground for the kids. There's also a community owned beach and a marina on the Potomac River, as well as the beautiful Lake Independence. |  |
